The registration period for term papers and course-related exams (project work, presentations, minutes, internship reports, portfolios) will not begin on May 1 as usual for the summer semesters. Instead, as an exception, registration for these exams is possible from June 15, 2025, for the summer semester 2025. This is necessary due to the migration of the campus management system (BASIS) to a new version during the first half of the month of May. The dates have been updated accordingly on the page “Dates and Deadlines1” as well as in the Academic Year Calendar of the Faculty of Arts available on this page. The latest possible date for registering for these exams remains September 16, 2025.
Please also note the changes in the calendar regarding the enrollment correction phase, which will already take place from April 21 to April 25, 2025, for the summer semester 2025.
