- I acknowledge that the contents of my examination file may only be copied or photographed for evidentiary purposes within the framework of the examination procedure and, if applicable, any administrative court proceedings. Beyond this, they may not be distributed or published; otherwise there is a risk of liability for damages due to copyright infringement. This also applies if the inspection takes place outside the examination office with the examiners at the institute.
- I further acknowledge that this application must be submitted no later than three months after the announcement of the examination result or the certificate has been issued.
